First, I have to highlight PrepAgent’s video lessons—they’re absolutely fantastic, especially if you’re a visual learner. With over 75 fun and engaging animated videos, they break down core concepts in a way that’s super clear and easy to understand.

The animations keep you engaged and let you see the concepts in action, making them much easier to remember. Bottom line: if traditional reading-heavy study methods aren’t your thing, these videos are a game-changer.

In addition to the video lessons mentioned above, PrepAgent offers hours of audio lessons, perfect if you’re always on-the-go, or if you’re more of an auditory learner.

What We Don’t Like About PrepAgent
Now that we’ve discussed the positives, it’s only fair we flip the script and discuss the negatives as well.
No Mobile App
The first downside is that PrepAgent doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, which is a bit of a letdown.
Now to be fair, you can access your PrepAgent account on any mobile browser, and the user experience is solid.

Alternatively, you can access PrepAgent’s study materials through the mobile app of the company’s sister company, AceableAgent, as well.
No Pass Guarantee
Next up, another drawback is that PrepAgent doesn’t offer a pass guarantee like some of its competitors. While they do provide a five-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied—which is nice—it’s not quite the same as a pass guarantee.
Content Access Period
Lastly, I wish PrepAgent offered a longer content access period. As I mentioned earlier, the longest subscription they offer is three months, which may not be enough for busy professionals or parents who need more time to prepare for their real estate exams.
In comparison, some competitors offer up to six months of access, which could be more accommodating for those with tighter schedules.
It’s worth mentioning though that you can extend your access with PrepAgent for as long as you’d like for an additional fee, and typically, the company offers a steep discount for students who want to do so.
Verdict: Is PrepAgent Worth It?
After using and reviewing their courses and study materials, our team thinks PrepAgent is worth the money. While we have a couple of minor complaints, PrepAgent overall offers excellent value.
Their subscription plans are very affordable compared to most competitors, and they cover all the bases with their study resources. Whether you prefer reading, listening to audio lessons, or watching videos, or live webinars, there’s something for every learning style. Plus, the quality of the content from PrepAgent is top-notch.
Bottom line: if you’re looking for a comprehensive, budget-friendly option to prepare for your real estate exams, PrepAgent is definitely worth considering.
